International Day of Peace 2024

The 2024 International Peace Day Celebration, hosted by GPF India in collaboration with Indira Gandhi Technical and Medical Sciences University, is set to be a profound gathering dedicated to fostering a global culture of peace and peacebuilding. This three-day event, to be held from September 21st to 23rd in the tranquil and picturesque town of Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh, will focus on the theme "Confluence for Cultivating a Culture of Peace and Peacebuilding."

As the world becomes more interconnected, the importance of peace as a universally shared value has never been more critical. It is a cornerstone for human growth, happiness, and well-being. The event will embrace the “One Family Under God” concept, encouraging participants to take collective responsibility for nurturing peace in their communities and beyond. This celebration aims to unite individuals, societies, organizations, and nations to build a more harmonious and peaceful world.
