The 46th World Management Congress was successfully held on 30–31 December 2025 in New Delhi, serving as a prestigious international forum for dialogue and collaboration among academicians, policymakers, administrators, industry experts, researchers, and civil society representatives from India and abroad. The Congress was organized on the theme “Building Resilient States: Optimization through Innovative Higher Education, Skill Development and Research,” highlighting the crucial role of education, research, and skill development in strengthening governance systems and fostering sustainable national growth.
The two-day Congress featured a rich agenda comprising plenary sessions, keynote addresses, and thematic panel discussions focused on higher education reforms, employability, innovation ecosystems, digital transformation, sustainable development, and inclusive growth. Eminent speakers emphasized the need to align higher education institutions with national development goals, promote interdisciplinary and applied research, and strengthen industry–academia collaboration to prepare future-ready human capital and resilient institutions.
One of the most significant highlights of the Congress was the release of the book titled “Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar: A Revolutionary Sage.” The book offers a comprehensive and insightful account of the life, philosophy, and enduring legacy of Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, presenting him as a visionary leader, social reformer, and nation-builder whose ideas continue to inspire generations. The distinguished book release ceremony was conducted in an atmosphere of intellectual engagement and reverence.
The book was released in the august presence of Dr. S. N. Pandey, Fr. Roby Kannhira, Prof. Dheeraj Sharma, Dr. Markandey Rai, Dr. Priya Ranjan Trivedi, and Utkarsh Sharma, symbolizing shared wisdom, intellectual leadership, and a collective commitment to knowledge, values, and nation-building. Dr. Markandey Rai, a renowned educationist and global peace advocate, and Dr. Priya Ranjan Trivedi, an eminent academician and thought leader, shared insightful reflections on ethical leadership, value-based education, and the relevance of visionary thinking in strengthening democratic institutions and resilient societies.

In addition to academic deliberations, the Congress also hosted International Awards and Appreciation Ceremonies, recognizing outstanding contributions in the fields of management, education, research, innovation, and social development. These recognitions reflected the Congress’s commitment to promoting excellence, innovation, and transformative leadership across disciplines.
The 46th World Management Congress concluded on a purposeful and forward-looking note, reaffirming a collective resolve to strengthen higher education ecosystems, promote skill-oriented learning, and advance research for sustainable and inclusive development. The Congress successfully facilitated meaningful collaboration, knowledge exchange, and strategic vision-building, contributing toward the broader objective of building resilient states and a more peaceful, equitable global future.
